How frequently do you clean the windows?

Our window cleaning service is available on a one-off basis or every 6 to 12 weeks. We can clean windows more frequently if required.

Do you clean the windows if it is raining or snowing?

We can clean in heavy rain or snow, if we feel that the safety of people or property is not compromised. We will almost always be able to clean in light rain, but we can assure you that the final result will not be affected, and you will be left with gleaming, clean windows.

Which method do you use to clean my windows if you don't use ladders?

Pure water is pumped up a high-reach pole to a soft bristled brush at the end of the pole. The surface of the frame and the glass is then agitated with the brush and rinsed off using the pure water. No harsh chemicals are used in this process and no ladders are used. The pure water evaporates from the window leaving a gleaming shine.

Is there a contract to sign?

We do not ask customers to sign contracts. We will work for you as long as you need us.

Should I be present when you call?

No. You do not need to be in for us to clean your windows. After cleaning your house we will send you an invoice by email for payment by bank transfer. Simple and hassle free.

We can collect payment in cash on the day of the clean, or by via bank transfer after we have completed the clean
